It tells you if differences between pairs of mean scores, proportions (%s), correlation coefficients or Net Promoter Scores® are statistically significant. You can also use it to estimate confidence intervals around these types of values. A third function lets you know the sample size you would need to have a specific confidence level for any % you might expect to see in your data.
All tests can be conducted at the 90%, 95% and 99% confidence levels.
